*Full Wedding Coverage includes up to 8 hours of coverage. **Hotel accomodations must be in the same hotel or equivelant quality hotel as wedding party. Typical wedding coverage is an hour before ceremony till the last of the planned events. Photos4life services Hampton Roads areas and parts of North Eastern North Carolina (OBX), but is also available for destination weddings. Travel outside the area of greater than 50 miles up to 150 miles may require hotel accommodations (in the same hotel or comparable to the Wedding Party Hotel) for up to 2 nights for the photographer and assistant photographer. ***Any travel over 150 miles may be considered as a Destination Wedding. **Destination Wedding Packages are booked at $7,499.00 and must be paid in full 60 days prior to the Wedding Day. All Wedding retainers are 25% of the package price and are not refundable. Airfare (if needed) for photographer and assistant and hotel accommodations (in the same hotel or comparable to the Wedding Party Hotel) for up to 2 nights for the photographer and assistant photographer are not included in Destination Wedding packages and will be an additional charge. Hotel accomodations must be booked for the day prior to and the night of the wedding. Airfare must be booked for the day prior and the day (morning) after the wedding. Bridal Portraits are $375.00 and must be booked at least 60 days in advance of the wedding if not sooner. Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of your Wedding Package unless otherwise noted. Additional Products such as albums may take longer than 8-10 weeks. Don't see what you want? With every package you receive a High Resolution CD/DVD with copyright in writing, permitting you to reprint your images as many times as you like. Remainder of all fees minus retainer must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. All prices subject to change without notice until you are booked with a non refundable retainer. All retainers are 25% of the total package purchased and are non refundable. A $150.00 service charge will be applied for any package changes after the receipt of the retainer. All retainers and remaining fees must be paid by Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Secure On-Line payment via PayPal.
